Well today is day 4. So far so good except, I went to the gym tonight and was lifting weights...and I got real wozzy and dizzy after about 30 min. I came home and I am going to make some juice cuz I'm not feeling well. I hope I can work out tomorrow...this is a big problem for me if I can't work out.
I heard and read that Day 5 is a good day to start working out. So, I'll let you know how is goes.
