Peaceful beginnings...
Still small voice

I woke up early this morning, and have just spent about an hour outside listening to the birds sing in the new day, feeling the fresh morning air on my skin, and thanking God for bringing me to this point in my life. I was in awe of the stillness with in me, which is not like me, by the way. I am filled with a hope and conviction so strong that it moves me to tears, and the comfort one gets from such an emotion cannot go unmentioned. I can only hope that God manages to fill me with the same determined resolve in the upcoming days. I have noticed that it is only when I take these quiet moments alone that I am able to listen to that still small voice within saying, "come to Me and I will wipe away your tears."
