day 5 I don't believe it! Still hungrey.still fighting.does it ever get easy? I lost 1 1/2 lbs worked in the dogs room and found it was dirtier then I thought.I am still very hungrey.When ever I cook for anyone in the house the smell drives me crazy.this fast is a big deal to me but I'm trying to talk myself into eatting.But I know it would take me forever to lose weight on a diet.And I know that once I start eatting I don't stop.I really believe that this fast will break old habits of over eatting.If I keep loseing weight like I have been I'll get down to the weight my doctor and I want me to be 130.
