I'm Fasting as fast as i can...lol
it's a fast but time can go slow....lol, only kidding, no problem here

Okay i am putting together what i hope to be a series of raw non cooking videos....lol.....and also the finishing touches on my book "How to find a low priced rental in NYC"....So now is as good a time as any to do a bi annual fast...

I am already in day 3, it was not hard to resist the hot dogs and burgers at the ball park since i am a Veggie... How many days will i go ? usually 7-10 days...we will see, one day at a time....
