Day 4 Good Morning
Is the world made of molasses today? + fire tonic 171.5

Went home last night, put the kettle on, ran my saline bath, did my face scrub, brushed my teeth with tooth soap (the evils of toothpaste are too numerous to mention), soaked in the bath for half an hour. I was chilled and could not get warm. I cooled the bath down with my body temperature, had to halfway drain the tub and top back up with superhot water.
In place of dieters tea I drank only about half of a salt flush mixture because it made me nauseated; had so much watery burning bm all afternoon, and only once after drinking the sea water. Think my body absorbed it. I didn't have my tonic with the dash of sea salt yesterday, could be a contributor. My bottom is so sore. Owee. On that note, I weighed in this morning the same as yesterday, so I know I didn't pass the salt water. No BM this morning either.
Tried to read, couldn't focus. Tried huddling on the couch under a down duvet with hubby while he watched a movie, couldn't focus. So I went to bed, went to sleep at 8pm. Woke up at 4:15am. Much better than the previous two nights. Dozed on and off until I had to get up. No headache, but brain cloud city. My body has that 'gone to sleep' feeling. Took me 40 minutes to pull on trousers, shirt and sweater I set out last night, wash my face, brush my teeth, and put my hair in a ponytail. No frills today.
Noticing I am forgetting that I have done things, little details. Thank God I have done them, but my mind isn't sharpened yet. I feel pretty good. But slow.
Oh, passed lots of mucous yesterday afternoon. Nose and throat are over-producing this morning. I keep having to spit out wads and blow my nose. And I never spit. Girly-girl here.
Making my dieters tea, and going to drink a glass of tonic. Hubby mixed it up, pray for me, he loves tons of cayenne in his. Catch you all later.
checking back in: can barely drink the tonic after I diluted it in half with more water. It looks like a couple of teaspoons have settled to the bottom of the 4 ounces left in the glass. The man is a maniac! Now I remember why I quit letting him make me tonic. Spontaneous combustion anyone?
