Day 28.....end of day

What is it with this cough??!?

Thank God it's the end of the day. I'm so sick and tired of this cough, it's driving me crazy today!! Could this 6 day cough really be detox?? Is it trying to get something out of my lungs? Good question. I may never know. I almost ate today to get rid of the cough, if it would have worked.

This morning I skin brushed, did a weight workout; which I haven't done in a week. :(

My husband told me that he's amazed that I made it this far on only juices and water, and that he don't think he could do that. I told him that you can do more than you think you can.

I want to eat fruit!! BAD!! It looks so good......well, everything does!! LOL!

Tomorrow is suppose to be 60*!! That'll be so nice. I'll go for a walk in the nice sunshine. At least the weather will be nice when my fast is done. Though, I may still have this horrible cough!
