Starting this blog on day 6.
Days 1-6, what a breeze!

- No solids, or fiber.
- Intake will be Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, or MAYBE some other nutritious home made juice, fermented for a day.
- There MUST be one bowel movemt per day, minimum. This will be accomplished through a FEN-LB pill, every drink. If not, epsom salt laxitives will be taken, or (god forbid) a cool water enema.
- Nobody must know.
Marti Gras / Fat Tuesday was my last meal. I wanted my last meal to be gluttonus, so I went all out. My mom made a chicken meal, enough for me, Kenny, Elyse and Kelsey. I made my famous ceasar salad, and we had big glasses of store bought fresh squeezed orange juice. Later that evening, we smoked the hookah and watched "The Dark Crystal." It was a lovely evening.
The first few days of fasting were very easy. I had nearly no cravings, and there were very few side effects. On Thursday (day 2) I took a dose of epsom salts, and it got things moving quite well.
I attribute the easy feelings and lack of cravings to the last 2-3 years of fasting and clensing.
On Friday, I took a trip with my parents, 8 hours crammed in the car. I didn't drink enough juice or water so I was a little dehydrated by the end of the trip.
I have a large (150+ members) family on my dads side, and we were ALL gathered for a huge celebration for my grandfathers 80th birthday. Every kind of wonderful food imaginable, followed by 10-15 different kinds of desserts. Plus my Grandmother is the kind who gets insulted if you don't eat her food. I was able to avoid anyone knowing until Sunday lunch, fresh Crab Louis. My grandma was fairly insulted when I didn't eat her lunch, but she quickly got over it.
All in all, I experienced very few cravings through the weekend.
Today (Monday, the 6th day) I have felt horrible. With only 2 scant bowel movements in 2 days, my body was detoxing faster than it could expell the waste. I was cold all day, my muscles were weak feeling, and I was faint a few times (but didn't faint.) By the end of the day, I feel better, and hopefuly tomorrow at work I will feel 100%.
Today all I drank was the juice of one pineapple, split up in 4 drinks, and red raspberry tea.
General effects:
- A complete lack of dental plaque
- Increased sense of smell (good and bad!)
- Less sleep needed (but when I do, it's great)
