Outline of my cleansing to date. Parasites, bowel...and now (right now!) liver flush.
Date: 2/10/2006 2:43:09 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2535 times January 10th I started a 3 week Parasite cleanse. As per advice on the bottle of tincture I stopped eating dairy (which I know isn't that good for me anyway), red meats and gluten containing grains.
Eating LOTS of fresh raw veges, some eggs and lots of fish. Nuts, seeds and flaxseed oil.
January 20th I started taking psyllium and bentonite shakes.
February 3rd I started a 6 day juice fast, continued P&B shakes, and added in a salt water flush each morning, hoping that would speed up the elimination of some mucoid plaque. (I've seen it before during juice fasts).
...It did! Each day I've passed 2 - 6 feet of nasty, rubbery, ropey stuff. That all HAS to be better out than in!
Today, February 10th I have followed Hulda Clark's liver flush protocol exactly. (No pint of icecream for me...LOL....nearly fell off my chair when I read that in someone elses protocol. Does it work the same way as the oil perhaps??)
I've taken the first two measures of Epsom Salts - ice cold, didn't taste too bad. Rinsed with cold water afterwards.
...Time to shake up my grapefruit and oil, get that down, and get to bed!
...Liver flush results tomorrow! Woohooo!
