Day 9 - Waiting for the other shoe to drop
This is almost getting repetitive.
Date: 10/11/2005 12:07:29 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2562 times Today was rather an uneventful day again.
It was officially Thanksgiving but I decided to make myself scarce, for the reasons given in Day 8.
I am finding this cleanse quite a bit easier than my last one. The one I did in June was a trial and only lasted 14 days.
The biggest problem still is that I'm not drinking enough water. I find that my hands actually start to get a slight shrivelled look and that is what clues me in. I am drinking about 2 litres over and above the 8 cups of lemonade so perhaps I will attempt to do 3 litres tomorrow.
I see on the forum boards that alot of people have trouble with the SWF and I have been trying to figure out why. I suspect that these people also don't do well with super spicy food. I LOVE spicy food. I have to admit to adding a bit more cayenne pepper than is necessary. I suspect this is also causing my need to drink more water.
Well this morning's SWF went rather well. I believe it's starting to attack REALLY old stuff now (dark smelly stuff, ewwww) but no 'ropes' or mucusoid plaque yet. My skin has broken out a bit too, especially on the chest. But I can live with it as it's only showing that I'm detoxing. Which is a GOOD thing! :)
I have found that my fingernail have grown extremely quickly too. Which is nice, except that I live on computers and my typing has slowed because I've had to backspace every so many words to correct spelling mistakes.
I am still focussed on the Food Network but at least I am no longer hungry.
Anyway, I have to go juice more lemons and filter more water and drink some senna tea.
New stat today! Woohoo! 164.5lbs. (That's 8.5 lbs gone)
