There are only three ways of managing herpes. You can manage your herpes through drug therapy or holistic therapy anchored with herbal medicine or you can decide to not treat your herpes at all. Drug Therapy is expensive, has side effects detrimental to your health, and does nothing to build up your immune system or improve your overall health. Not treating your herpes is unethical since you will be endangering others by not treating a life-long contagious viral infection not to mention that it increases your chances of becoming infected with HIV, HPV and other viral illnesses. Holistic therapy has no disadvantages so it would seem to me to be the obvious choice.
1. Holistic Therapy is just as effective if not more effective than drug therapy.
2. Holistic Therapy builds your immune system and helps you protect yourself against other sexually transmitted infections and immune related illnesses such as cancer-which drug therapy does not do.
3. Holistic Therapy helps you better cope with the emotional and psychological impact of having herpes which drug therapy doesn't even pretend to do.
4. Holistic Therapy is steeped in the ancient traditions of holistic and traditional healing from all world cultures- so it's getting back to your roots and re-connecting with nature in a satisfying and uplifting way.
5. Holsitic Therapy helps you to grow and become a better human being- who can ever claim that drug therapy ever accomplishes that!
Holistic Therapy for herpes is based on four simple ways of supporting your immune system and yourself as a whole person. The first way is through eating an appropriate diet for herpes. The second is making some changes to your exercize routines and adding some creatiev visualizations to give yourself mental and emotional support. Thirdly there are a few simple supplements that help your immune system with herpes, they are inexpensive and easy to find, they are- garlic, zinc picolinate, selenium- preferably from brewer's yeast, hemp seeds (not hemp protein) and lauricidin- only if you have frequent outbreaks, and only buy from http://www.lauricidin.com (I have no financial connection to Dr. Kabara so my advice is unbiased). Lastly Holistic therapy requires real herbal medicine. You can make remedies yourself at home very inexpensively which I encourage people to try. You can get the remedies from me that I make from scratch like my grandmother did and my family has for generations, or you can get your medicine from your local qualified herbalist, but please do not buy quick fix gimmick solutions, you cannot manage herpes with l-lysine, you cannot manage herpes with dmso and hydrogen peroxide (in fact it's dangerous and illegal to do so), you cannot manage herpes with topical creams, gel, or essential oils.
This is not a pitch for you to throw your money at me and my holistic therapy- although if you are inclined to please don't let me stop you, my daughter is starting university. This is a pitch for those who haven't given holistic healing a chance, to explore it especially the message of making peace with the virus and not treating it like some cockroach you want to exterminate.
