Whole Wheat Pie Shell!

"Oil Pastry"
1 3/4 cups Fresh Ground Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Cold Pressed Oil
3-4 TBS Cold Water
Measure flour and salt into a bowl, add oil and "cut" the dough with a fork or pie dough cutter. When dough is in particals the size of peas, add in the water one TBS at a time, cutting it into the dough until it is all mixed in and wet enough. Make into a ball and place on a sheet of plastic wrap or wax paper, place a second peice of plastic wrap ontop and roll with a rolling pin or flatten with your hands. Fit into a 9 inch pie pan.
