My 'Goodbye' diet....a disgusting display of gluttony
A sickening list of the stuff I ate today. Here's hoping that I don't binge when I start my diet program.
Date: 9/20/2005 12:03:48 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2914 times I'm planning to officially start my healthy life tomorrow, so today I decided to eat whatever I wanted.....a sort of 'goodbye' to all the bad food I love.
When I tabulated everything I ate today, I felt sick at myself for being so gluttonous. Below is the list of everything I ate today:
2 McDonald Cheeseburgers
1 Large Fries
1 Packet Chicken Nuggets
2 Large Cokes
6 Large Snicker Bars
2 Packets Pepperidge Farm Cookies
1 Package of Buffalo Chicken
1 Large Cordon Bleu Bacon and White Sauce Stuffed Chicken Fillet
2 Donuts
1 Jamaican Beef Turnover
I'm sick, sick, sick, and disgusting. Everytime I plan to do a diet I do this sort of 'Goodbye' eating. I've done this many more times than I'd care to admit. It's sickening, but I can't help it. However my feelings of shame at admitting this is somewhat mitigated by my anonymity.
Not that my normal diet is very healty either....here's an example of an everyday diet, stuff I ate yesterday:
1 Cheese filled chicken fillet
1 Donut
2 Bowls soup
2 Candy Bars
1 Salad
3 Cupcakes
1 Bowl Macaroni and Cheese
1 Small Package of Cookies
Not as bad as today, but still very very bad. Can you tell I have a sugar/carb problem??????
I realize it's emotional eating....I do it even though physically I'm not hungry. I guess this is something I'll need to work on along with everything else I have to fix.
But it's not going to be easy. I have to have a VERY stong willpower as I usually break a diet by suddenly binging on a crapload of sugar. So on this program I'm planning to start tomorrow (which I yet have to develop), I absolutely have to forbid myself from breaking down.
