You are being shown by your instinct another way to do it- aless severe way to do it...It may take several attempts to get it right for you- Or you can throw away the modern precepts of a diet and learn to eat from your intuition- Something is emotionally bothering me when I overeat- and that, in my case, is what I need to look at- The food, Like alcoholism (?), is just the symptom. If you make it about the food you are in a death grip struggle with the symptom, and not the feeling that is driving the behavior!
