my head hurts

It is only 3 and my head is throbbing...not sure if its because of no food or if its because of this stupid computer...I think I will read a little. Still no hunger panges though so that is a good thing.. I will read a little and hope my head feels better. I don't care if my head hurts but the one thing that is really bothering me right now are cramps...they are getting bad again...i hope they will go away so I can walk away the pounds...i guess in all reality I don't have to do it right when i get home...as long as its before 9 I am good. so yeah they should be long gone before then....i just know if they feel anything like this later I will not be a happy camper...I gotta workout...i gotta walk away the lbs.
