Drum Roll, Please...
OK, so, here's the deal. I've been around these parts for a long time now and am familiar with the basics of cleansing. I've done a bit here and there, but it's definitely time to do a thorough cleanse and get my diet right. Integrating a bit of physical activity would be ideal, too, but that will come after my energy from detoxing stabilizes a bit.

In. the. middle. of. summer.
Yeah, clearly, something isn't quite right. I've missed a week of work at my new job and today, my boss was out sick, as well. Yuck.

Yesterday, I braved the weather (pouring rain, dark skies) to drive downtown to the one health store in town. I bought some Source Naturals 30ppm Colloidal Silver (I'm eagerly awaiting the time when I can order a generator), some bromelain tablets for my sinuses, some grapefruit seed extract, and a tampico body brush. I was so desperate for some relief (sinus infection so bad my face was in pain) that I just took a bit of everything. Then, I netied with a mililitre of colloidal silver added in. Something, or EVERYTHING, worked so well, I felt a hair shy of normal within an hour. Nose was totally cleared up and pressure completely relieved within that hour. Nevermind the popping in my ears was relieved. Friggin' miracle. Later, I took a bath with epsom salt after a good, firm dry brushing. Today, I have a nasty cough and my right sinus is a bit touchy, but other than that and having the slight "flu head" fogginess, I'm doing great. Oh! I pooped today! Hasn't happened since I got sick and I was getting really worried about it, especially since I'd done a few P&B Shakes and had some strong coffee and tea to move things along. I just know that that's part of the reason I've felt like such shit this week (excuse the horrid pun).
Anyway, it's game plan time. Time to hold myself accountable for my own health and well-being. I'm 40 pounds overweight. Even though I eat a lot of home prepared, organic, meals from scratch, I still have an affinity for the lesser quality foods in this world. Cheeto's, McDonald's, Haagen Daz (Light S'mores rocks my happy little world)...ew, and the soda. Diet or regular Coke, doesn't matter. All things that I want to remove from my diet. The Coke won't be that hard, as I've done it for brief periods before.
Oooh, gotta run. Be back later to finish.
