Just rolled out of bed. I feel great save for the tickle on my right tonsil. The cough is actually productive today and not that horrible dry hacking it was yesterday. My voice is wrecked, but it doesn't affect how I feel.
Last night, I achieved a moment of clarity while reading here. I haven't had one of these in a long time, unfortunately. Anyway, here's what was "so clear."

OK, so, here's the deal. I've been around these parts for a long time now and am familiar with the basics of cleansing. I've done a bit here and there, but it's definitely time to do a thorough cleanse and get my diet right. Integrating a bit of physical activity would be ideal, too, but that will come after my energy from detoxing stabilizes a bit.
So here she is. WaterGirl in all her glory. Mmm..not quite. I’m on the tail end of the flu.

Yeah, clearly, something isn’t quite right. I’ve missed a week of work at my new job and today, my boss was out sick, as well. Yuck.
