Day #9 - Mood = Undecisive
Aunt Flo showed up this afternoon. The weather here is pretty hazy due to the pollution etc. It seems like we're fighting a losing battle, we have misused the earth too much that it seems to be dying and its inhabitants are suffering the ill effects. The only answer is Jesus coming back and making all things new again.
Date: 6/27/2005 7:30:38 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2524 times i'm not sure if i'll break the fast tomorrow or not. dh wants to start the mc as soon as im done. tomorrow is the 10th day which is the minimum time one should do the mc. a part of me wants to continue but the other part wants to break the fast. i think ill break it cause dh wants to go on the mc when i break but not before due to reasons i have mentioned in one of my previous blogs.
oj isnt actually beckoning to me but the idea of nuts etc is. i have got a bag of peanuts, macadamia, pecans, walnuts etc waiting for me. i am actually looking forward to them.
i know that this mc isnt the end of the road...i'll hopefully do another about 6 months from now. my body needs the energy and health it gets from the mc and my flesh needs to "die" a little in the area of greed and gluttony..hehe
i am looking forward to nasi kandar soon. its delicious...it includes some indian rice a spicy chicken with lots of inidan herbs and spices and a couple dishes of vegetables..usually cabbage and onions and cucumber in yoghurt and dont forget those papadams....yummy...i'll be going on the liver cleanse this coming weekend as well..to end the mc
i need to purchase some epsom salts etc...the idea of this actually scares me...what with the gaging and nauceousness and all...i am grateful that classic coke is allowed though...im going to do more reading and besure that i want to do this and then the recipe and most iportant of all the procedure !

At times like these, i feel whats the point in trying to keep healthy etc when the air around us is worse than a coal mine. But i guess we do what we can, what's in our hands...basically if we go down, we go don fighting....
