Day 1 of fasting
first day
Date: 6/9/2005 6:01:38 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2371 times All right, this time I succeeded!!!
All water throughout the day and feeling ok. I was very busy at work and did't actually have time to think about how hungry I am - and I sure had no time to eat LOL. Later in the evening I went to movies (Kingdom of Heaven - it was good) and this kept me away from goodies at home.
I got a light headache just before the bed and I didn't sleep that well... but oh well, it could had been worse and I'm pretty happy about this 1st day of mine!
Now I'm working thro the day 2 and it's not too hard either.
