Hi there!
I am on day 3 of my water fast and planning on 14 days total.
I also felt hungry first 2 days and today until the afternoon,
now my hunger seems to be gone. Earlier today I felt anxtious
and restless and suddenly I fee relaxed and calm. I think it
has to do with the toxins being released inot blood stream but
eventually they are removed with the urin and through the skin
after the kidneys and liver work overtime to get rid of them.
Now that I almost completed the first 3 days which are the
hardest, the remaining fast should be easier. I plan on doing
a lot of meditation, reading and knitting, all the things to
keep me calm and in good spirits. It will be a great experience.
I am doing it for health and detox but losing some weight will be
a great bonus. It is important to check the vital signs, I have
everything I need at home, pulse and blood pressure meater,
PH strips and a tester to check my blood sugar. It is also
important to listen to your body and if it tells you that
something is wrong, break the fast.
