The effects of sugar.
The decline of health because of sugar.

My body seems to be more itchier, and I develop rashes easily. My gums bleed more and my teeth ache more. My lips dries up and becomes very peely.
My mother has a bad rash on her right leg near the ankle. I couldn't understand why. She's had it for a very long time. The fact that I've been more prone to rashes made me wonder about the reason for my mother's rash. My mother also lost many of her teeths when she was young. She also buys a lot of candies and sweets. I tend to complain when she makes desserts that they usually are too sweet for me. I am starting to think that her habits for sweet is the reason for her long time severe ankle rash.
Sugar is linked to nose bleed. When I was a child I would get nose bleeds. My grandmother feeds me sweets, and then I would go off running around. Could anyone explain the reason for nose bleeds? I have come to believe it is another side effect of sugar. If you are active and consume huge amount of sugar your chance of getting a nose bleed is high.
