Please note that I add to the drink (see my previous messages)the various Bifidus strains which are not present in your standard Live Grain Kefir drink.

Please also note that the yeasts are complex enough and are strong enough to compete with and control candida albicans, but I also Sacchromyces Boulardii to the brew.

I also have started adding Probiotic supplements like Jarrow-Dophilus, Bifidus Balance, and Jarrow Sacchromyces Boulardii to "beef-up" and extend the range of probiotic micro-flora.
