Some times boredom is necessary & desirable...
Boredom may well be the gateway into peace of mind....

Until you learn to enjoy periods of just doing nothing, or being bored, you will never really experience the real joy and contentment in life...
Most of us live high pitch fast paced lives; where hormones like Cortisol rise to meet our needs for energy... But unfortunately the human body was not made to substain these levels for more than a short period of time... As we age the body must calls upon reserve hormones, like DHEA to help make more Cortisol.... But this is burning the candle at both ends folks... Definitely not good.... HUH!!
So what is the answer, Get back the peace in your life....
1) Learn to take breaks, or just stop times in your busy schedule of life... This will give your adrenal system a reset and also prompt your brain to produce more alpha waves.. This has been called " Brain Synchrony" It is where there is a balancing of both sides of the brain; that help the cognitive function...
2) Make a list of things you can do to kick the adrenaline habit... Learn some ways to restore a balance of energy into your life... Make this a pro / con listing and work on the pro items to make your life better...
BTW: you may note that I have suggested that you make list of ideas and items before in previous blogs... HUH!! Do you think it might just work??
3) Stop living a rush, push and shove life... People tend to sense those who have a rude, and dominating personality; as driven types.... Don't be one, no one really likes them and they really don't like themselves.... Sad but true...
Slow down and smell the roses, or what ever you can make time for.... This is the key to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.... Try it you will like it..
