One of the primary items is the operation and maintence of our body... Lets use this fourm to discuss avenue of common knowledge... We can safely divide our lives/bodies into three areas, pysical, mental, and spiritual... All of these are open for discussion, lets limit it to our personal experences and not bring in the work of others except where it directly effects you.... Thanks may the discussion begin.......
