We have all experienced a constant stream of thoughts flooding into the mind. These normally relate to the issues that crop up during the day. Sometime we can receive inspiration and start to change something that may make a shift in human consciousness.
There is no easy answer to these questions as each Human is multi dimensional and also operates on many layers within, what we call human consciousness. I have talked in other sections about the layers of the body and the fact that each of these creates a corresponding layer in the Aura, which forms a distinct level of awareness and consciousness.
We experience thought on the surface level of our as impulses of energy. These have their roots deeper down in our feelings. These may also have their source outside the body for example another person, the environment, the Stars and the Planets. Thoughts may travel through the ether by telepathy or via mechanical means by TV, Radio, Internet and mobile phone, etc.
It is not important from where the thoughts arises, The important thing to remember is we always have a choice about what we think. We can think happy life supporting thoughts or we can just go with the flow of creation and except our Karma in the form of thoughts that just come into the mind.
What I am suggesting is that we take a more active roll in the thinking process and choose in the moment what we wish to create. You may find that negative thoughts are usually referring to an event in the future or the past. If we can stay fully present in the thinking process and be aware and deal mainly with current issues our thinking can be much more positive and life supporting.
By using the imagination we can choose to change our reality and create a different scenario that may lead to a different outcome. Avoid being a mirror for someone else’s negative thoughts; you can be completely surrounded by people thinking negative thought and jet choose to have a positive one.
Know that what you create by you thoughts words and actions come back to you. Therefore choose to create a loving positive outcome that helps not just yourself but those around you as well. It is always a good idea to follow your Joy in life. The universe uses this feeling of Joy to guide us in the most evolutionary way.
