This unprecendente3d 4 day exposition and celebration
of food marks the coming of age of Food in America.
It reinforces the mission of Slow Food; to change
the way we eat and raise our consciousness of how food
is produced and distributed. The event includes debates,
lectures, exhibition, demonstrationss, tastings,
an international film festiveal and a market of American
artistan foods.
