Fingers in left hand hurting.
Heavy. Some deep twist in mid hand.
Seeking Strength.
Got a call at 3:55 AM
from sister Vivian. She is in New York.
Dad Solomon had a fire in his apartment.
Niece Eva, Vivian's daughter was on top of it.
Eva and I had been talking late the night before
about Solomon's stubborness and unwillingness to
deal with his hoarding traits that had left him
no place to sit at home.
Eva was telling me that she attempted to clear
one little space but the dust got to her.
Solomon went screaming from the apartment
last last night when the fan sparked in the hallway
burning his piled underwear, and stacks of who knows
what. The friendly neighbor came to his aid with water
and then the fire department made sure the hallway fire
was out. They ripped up some carpet and tossed it out.
Eva was able to grap it up from the sidewalk and put in
in the dumpster.
Solomon ended up in the emergency.
She had been advising him to clean up for a long time.
I attempted it a few years ago, but came to a stalemate.
Solomon is kept alive with pills that prevent seizures.
Gratfully, Eva, who has been the primary caregiver to her
own dad and mom this last year, knew where to direct
the Cedars-Sinai Medics. He left with pills to take a
perscriptions.
Next week what?
Eva wants to know.
Can I come up to supervise a professional cleanup?
My lungs, eyes, and liver are already under assault
from my own cleanup.
Went out to get teeth cleaned, and then stopped by
Staples for a few more boxes. Sat down outside to pray
for strength.
I am in a critical time to claim my living room in my space.
I have two good helpers who have been lowering the dust levels
in the basement.
My own bed underneath is now cleared and dusted.
I want to start moving some things out of my Impacted Office
into the basement, and still toss more out of the Basement.
Up from a nap.

Bowel loose.
Have to stop now and put in the rent checks.
