Nerves Freyed & Meditation
Work up with Freyed nerves yesterday,
meditation helped. Here is a bit of
a checking in.

Feeling better this morning.
Got a chance to stay in bed until
9 AM.
Have been up for a couple hours or more...
using The Peaceful Inner Eye to Pierce
into the Archetypes of things.
Have also been spending time making lists.
Lists are needed now.
I am not eating well.
Angelene's mother and step father are visiting.
It is a treat. Ron, her stepfather, is a prayer filled man,
and a real treasure. It has difficulty walking around, and uses
a cane. Lots of body scars and survival thanks to Conventional Drugs.
He is a precious man.
I feel he can be an ally. He has a sound head and a big heart.
He is a good Soul.
I want him to see the Basement, the site where the Herculean Task
of confronting my own Adult Setting Capacities, balanced with Sensitivity
are being asked to express.
Nerves freyed & Meditation?
I have been pulled out of myself
called upon to direct lots of cleanup projects,
extra bodies on site--guests--and temporary
dwellers with helpful hands (and Loud Voices);
and Extreme Resistance.
The Resistance mirrors my own issues
around Decluttering and Letting Go.
I shy away from confronting directly
the Female King of Heart on site.
She has been here a long time, and
many of the interactions can be so energy
draining, I would rather avoid then deal directly.
Now I have to Deal Directly with this Energy
if I am to get to the other side of Basement Clearing.
Meditation?
Yes. Later in the morning after the Fire the Grid
early Wakeup.
I woke up and was feeling so unnerved
from all the energy outlay, that I had to sit
and meditate.
I could beat myself up about the basement.
I will write about that more.
For now, I want to shower...

Get Paris set up to make more Essene tapes...
Pay Bills...

Accomplishment:
I was able to get the rents in the bank yesterday,
and also the checks for business into the bank.

I feel good about the Deposits I have made
this year...Mainly form sponsors...signs
of things to come....
