Depression set in
The Depression I am/was feeling
and the Way out.

Depression set in yesterday.
Had a headache most of the day.
Dull, not intense.
Attempted to eat my way out of issues
the last week.
Ice Cream only goes go far as a
Healing Remedy in this body.
I kept looking for a place to close
my eyes and nap Saturday.
Cutty was patient with me.
Finally when we went to his house,
I was able to take a long nap.
Then, after, he was again generous with his time.
We talked some things out.
IT is good to see The Bigger Picture.
He is a community minded person at times.
That is how we met, doing the Encircle Tribe.
He is pulling me now. He has a wonderful
chart he can see on one Computer Screen.
He is Debt Free on the face of it,
and became more Debt Free when he Lightened His Load
by giving me a Ceramic Piece of an Two Elephants
eating Banana's.
Someone gave him this piece as an Anniversary Gift.
They placed in on their Altar but it was just weighing down
his energy.
He was so grateful that I accepted it.
He is in a place of letting go of things,
in his Place that is still very much Overloaded with things.
I Sacrificed.
I said I would take it and put it under our Banana Tree Outside.
It was one more "Chatska"--Useless Piece--for him.
I accepted his Useless Piece. I took on the Energy.
Yesterday afternoon, after the FM,
Depression started to set in.
I did not have the Energy to bring the food into the house
from the FM.
I let it sit in the E.G. Mobile.
I gave away Energy in the morning, buying two Earth Machines,
a dignified Composter that the City was selling for $25.00 Each.
I wanted to support the City Effort. I liked the discount.
Twin Soul/Best Friend was depleted too when I talked to her
before the FM, briefly. I got a second one for her, perhaps.
She extressed enthusiasm.
Every Communication takes Energe or Gives Energy.
Many Communications around here where I live Take Energy.
They give pain of one kind or another.
They give pain because they bring up Anxiousness or
Point to Issues that will Want More of Me.
I am already Spent, I have little extra to give.
I would like to give energy to Personal Cleanup
of Projects.
Each Objects Holds Energy.
The Energy is either Moving and Flowing,
as in Consciousness on the Move,
or it is Stuck or Stagnant Energy waiting for
Fire, some kind of Fire to move it.
This is what Good Feng Shui is all about.
I have a sign under the main Communication board now.
IT says, "This House has Good Feng Shui."
Of course, that is merely a Seed Dream,
We are basically, attempting to Reclaim Order here,
and this Asks Energy. This ask Communication.
Must people in this day and age in this country
are Divorce Prone. The Rates of people who stick it out
and lower I imagine that those who give it up.
Two people attempt to live together.
They end of selling themselves out
because they are generally so bought out and enslaves
by jobs, and Useless Pieces that they have nothing to give
to Remedy Lifelong Personal Growth on Hold.
Personal Growth Takes Energy.
Most people can sustain good sex for at least a one night stand.
At least in the moment, then they realize it is not good sex,
because their is an emotional side to it. Some people can sustain
a seemingly healthy relationship for about a month, because their
is a good exchange of the Primal energies between them. Then the Honeymoon
is over, and the Lifelong Personal Growth on Hold Issues come up.
They are suppose to come up in relationship.
Love does that.
Here--in this place--I have a Vision.
It is not fully known, although it Sustains me here.
Other things keep me here, as well, such as--the Plants
and the things here that Give Energy.
I do not believe I could Live without these things
that Give Energy.
It is 7:38 AM.
I am listening to a choir of birds.
That Gives Energy.
Their is a Nectarine Tree I can see outside the Kitchen Window.
That gives Energy.
There are two sunflowers growing, and a Lemon Verbena between them.
That gives energy.
Yesterday, I lost some energy.
I was sharing energy with a lovely little plant that was
near death, but I helped recover. IT was giving me energy.
Anna, in attempting to save, some basel plants, temporary killed
my Dream that I had Planted with this little lovely plant.
She moved it out of its place.
Better Get to the Point, and the Light
that I can see before it Passes:

that need energy.
I gave about 18 hours last week to build structure.
I need one Blog where I record and then print...
What I give here in the Three Areas...
of The Three Notebooks I set up.
1. Every Day Cleanup...
2. Plant Parenthood...
3. Summer Decluttering.
I have to break things down into Bite Size Pieces,
small bite size pieces.
I said this already. I cannot find it.
Storage...The cost of Storing things.
and One Blog on the Cost of letting go of things.
It is expensive.
For Balance and Harmony,
I need a Blogs where I continue
to write about the Visions and Dreams
that give me energy....the Plant Your Dream Blogs,
and continue to write Blogs about the Stagnant energies
that I free as I Clear the space.
Logistically, I can print Specific Blogs and
put them in the Three Notebooks I have set up....
I have to lead my Modeling,
just as everyone else here needs to motivate others
by Modeling....
As well as keeping Agreements that are Clear.

is very outdated.
I also need to Balance Debts.
The Basement, as an example is a serious Debt.
Cutty points out how expensive Storage is.
If I get too philosophical at the House Meeting tonight,
I will lose everyone.
I also need to Keep my Desk Clear and Continue to
find Use some of my Energy to work on my personal clearing
in my Office and Bedroom....
Office and Bedroom Clearing.
I have to get ready to go to a Press Conference
in one Hour.... 9 AM
I have to be there at 10 AM.
It is not far away...

Donna gave me a Hug last time at the V.I.P. Banquet.
She ran for Mayor. She is a Council Woman.
I need to write a Blog.
Asking for help....for this Great Earth Cleanup...
And Give Away ITems for Free...
A Blog that writes out
the Problems and how they can be Resolved.
The easiest Solution would be to give up.
