I haven't seen Edgar in years!!!
He is head of the Garden & Flower show at the Del Mar Fair!!!
If you live anywhere in So Cal, this Fair is really a hoot!

On June 8, There is a breakfast with Karen Hedges from
Disneyland. She is Director of Horticulture for Disneyland Parks
and Resorts in Anaheim. She will speak on "Creating Magic in the Landscape
at Disneyland."
On June 23, I am going to go to enter the Produce Contest!
Edgar said that you can also enter produce from a farm!!!
I would love to win a Blue Ribbon for Joe the Farmer!!!
I put my name on the mailing list so next year
I can find out about the contest deadlines before they happen
and plan ahead!!!
One year, I participated in a booth sponsored by the Price
Pottenger Foundation....
The Fairest of the Fair came over to our booth with all of her Court!!!
I wanted to be the The Enchanted Gardener of the Fair!
I forgot!!! It has been years since I went to the Fair!!
What a place to spend July 4th!!!
I would like to go with Twin Soul/Best Friend
and her kids!!!!
