House Questions--deeper issues

Gas and Electric Bill is $120.00 up
over last month.
I am alarmed.
How much over budget am I
for the month?
For the year?
working with Quicken report now.
I am pleased and surprised that
I am this far ahead of the game
thanks to all that work I did during the summer
months.
I am in the ballpark of seeing
and generating a report that shows
me much of the information I need to
know.
An additional report would help
showing the difference between
actual expenses and amount received
to pay these....
The Filter is not added in...
Also...can the contract on the stove come from
maintenance?
I need to set more time aside to look at this....
Also...look at Mess,
Mess,
Mess
in my room and
other places in the house...
How do I get beyond this mess?
How do I come to terms with the amount
of time it is taking to do all this record keeping
and how much more really needs to be done
to live sanely
and get out from under the overgrowth.
I had a shocking meeting over dinner with
Madam Janaj and Cutty the other day.
I did not like their appraisal.
Parts of it were true I am sure.
It was like Don Quixote looking
in the mirror...
What is the overall need
for additional Utiltiy/Supplies for '07?
Does it need to be adjusted?
How much and for which housemates?
How about the need to raise additional funds...
for the paying of house mortgage, and other half
of house insurance?
How about the time involved here?
Need to set aside time for working these
finances out...!!!
I already gave up last summer!

The need to create a model to allow the shift
of ownership?
Look at laws now pertaining to Intentional Communties...

How much time do I have to set aside?

Need to look at this?

Can I map this out?
Can it be see from an realistic overview?
