Samantha, a member of the Rodriquez Family,
daughter of Sylvia and Gil.

The Rodriguez family can be found across from
the Music at the Hillcrest FM on Sunday.

They have many varieties of lettuce so fresh
it will make you blush!

I was able to get their organic strawberries
in Whole Foods Market Hillcrest.
Their lettuce is now regularly featured in the store.

Certified Farmers' Markets

San Diego Fresh

More than 6,000 farmers work to make agriculture a billion dollar industry in San Diego County. Many of our county's growers operate small family farms, with 65% harvesting nine acres or less. They have developed a reputation for quality, high-value specialty crops.

Visiting one of the Farmers' Markets in San Diego County allows you to experience agriculture. These Farmers' Markets are certified by the State, ensuring that the produce is being sold by the grower, is grown in California and meets all California quality standards. These criteria ensure that you receive the freshest produce for the right price.

San Diego has lots of local farmstands, too!
