It is swelteringly hot
here in San Diego.
I wanted to head north to go to the Sweet 15
of Bea, the youngest daughter of Joe Rodriguez,
AKA Joe the Farmer.
They are having a mass at the Pala Mission
and then a reception at the Fallbrook Community Center.
Marcy wanted to go, and we decided to take her car
that has air conditioning.
The EG Mobile would be a heat box.
Roads are jammed on five north in part.

Had an incredible morning of freed up energy
after my Record Keeping breakthrough yesterday....

I have to remember to make an Excellent Accounting
when the Floodgates open like that.
When I am in the Spirit like that, I always am deluded
to imagine it will last, and then comes the shock
that I am returned to human consciousness.
I can easily get depressed.
Then, Marcy called back and said she would have
to take care of Jay, 90, who will need some air conditioning.
I was feeling to go no matter what in the EG Mobile,
but the Fallbrook Web site says

I called back Gary who I spoke to earlier this morning
in Witness.
It it hours later, he reminds me it is Moment to Moment

He says he can't afford to drop down into Negativity.

I am listening to a Chant by Chalanda Ma made in
the caves of Israel.
They are repeating over and over...the Shema...

... Excessive heat warning in effect until 7 PM PDT this evening...
The National Weather Service in San Diego has added the San Diego
County valleys to the excessive heat warning... which is in effect
until 7 PM PDT this evening.
It will be extremely hot today with high temperatures exceeding
100 degrees in many inland valley locations... and as high as 110
in the foothills. Some all time record high temperatures are
possible. The all time record high in alpine was 112 set in
1960... and at 950 am their temperature was 109.
An excessive heat warning means that a prolonged period of
dangerously hot weather will occur. The combination of the heat
and high humidity will create a dangerous situation in which heat
illnesses are likely. Drink plenty of fluids... stay in an air-
conditioned room... stay out of the sun... and check up on
relatives and neighbors. Never leave people or pets in enclosed
vehicles... even briefly.
