RULES OF EATING
Dr. Jensen's
Balanced Living
Eating Regimen
This is a program for beginners.
Question:
Before you went to "second grade"
with Juice fasting, or this or that Natural Remedy,
did you integrate a basic balanced regimen to follow
once you stop fasting?
Jensen served more tha 350,000 patients
at his Hidden Valley Health Ranch where people
came to stay. In the early days, he did water as
well as juice fasting. His book
" Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management"
is a classic in the field.
He dealt with many beginners.
So do not shy away from setting some basic
guidelines before you go off into natural living
procedures that are like submitting your
self to Nature's Surgery Couch.

Dr. Jensen:
1. Do not fry foods or use heated oils.
2. If not entirely comfortable in mind and body from
the previous meal time, you should miss the next meal.
3. Do not eat unless you have a keep desire for the plainest
food.
4. Do not eat beyond your needs.
5. Be sure to thoroughly masticate your food.
6 Miss meals, if in pain, emotionally upset, not hungry,
chilled, overheated, and during acute illness.
Imposition for getting well
Learn to accept whatever decision is made.
Let the other person make a mistake and learn.
Learn to forget and forgive.
Be thankful and bless people.
Live in harmony--even it is good for you.
Do not talk about your sickness.
Gossip will kill you. Don't let anyone gossip
to your either. Gossip that comes through the grape vine
is usually sour.
Be by yourself every day for ten minutes with the
thought of now to make yourself a better person.
Replace negative thoughts with uplifting, positive thoughts.
Skin Brush daily. Use a slant board daily.
Have citrus rutis in sections only, never in juice form.
Have only a limited amount of bread
(with a lot of bowel trouble, no bread.)
Exercise daily. Keep your spine limber.
Develop abdominal muscles. Do sniff breathing.
Have a daily set of exercises.
Grass walk and snad walk for happy feet.
No smoking, drinking, sptting or cussing.
Keep away from "Spitty" people.
Bed at sundown, 9 PM at the latest,
if you are all tired, fatiques and unabgle to do your work
with vim and vigor. If you are sick
you must reat more. Sleep out of doors.,
out of the city, in circulating air.
Work out problems in the morning.
Don't take them to bed with you.
