I'm home! Got home inching down
from Anaheim, California
that was my home since last Wednesday.
There was a tremendous rain storm much
of the way. I felt carried to safety.
There are a few leaks in the Enchanted
Garden Mobile, by 68 VW Van. My pants
and the driver seat to my left was a bit soaked.
My first stop in San Diego, arrival around 9 PM
was Whole Foods Market, Hillcrest, where
I most regularly shop. I promised myself
some Newman's "Oreo" for putting myself
through this after dark darking journey. I wanted
to make a purchase from Newman's in thanks
for all their generosity and friendship at NPEW
toward me.
I also bought some of my favorite Heart and Soul products
that I use on a regular basis.
Bread from my Beloved Enchanted Garden Sponsor
Lynn Gordon of French Meadow Bread.
Two of the cups of Acidophilus from BIO+K
that has literally saved my life in the last year.
For those who read this regularly, you may recall
I used up an entire rain forest of Seventh Generation
toilet paper due to side effects from taken Ibuprofen.
Originally, I used the drug to cover up Kidney stones pain
that happened the night before set up for the International Feng Shui Conference 04 In San Luis Obispo.
Thanks to that drug I was able to serve at that conference--
in gratitude, however, paid dearly over the next year with
severe stomach and bowel dysfunction.
At Natural Product Expo West 06,
I was a free lance photographer
for the Organic Trade Association
at their annual fundraiser Industry Reception
and also to photographer
to my dear ally Anthony Zolezzi, one of
the key players in the Organic Center.

On the Super Ripe Images site

and various sales pitch offerings
that you are welcome to ignore.
There are lots of other folks out there
there will visit this site, and who welcome
the opportunity to Pay It Forward from the
non commercially inspired work I do
to create the Enchanted Garden,
a name for our Beloved Earth.
There are links back to CureZone, my virtual
home where I daily Blog and here
record my personal and professional journeys
as Your Enchanted Gardener.
I want to especially thank so many of my friends
here in the Curezone for helping to keep be afloat and untangled
during my many highs and lows.
I want to thank Anthony Zolezzi for calling me in
to use my Enchanted Gardener capacities
to support the new agenda launched by
the Organic Center at this
year's Natural Product Expo West:
"By 2010, we will go to 10% market share
for Organic Foods. Right now we are at 2%."
When I told this to concerned consumer Liora Leah
she said, "I want 100%.organic. This was the response
from numbers of others. AMEN.
It is important to remember, less than 100 years ago
we hardly had a word called "Organic" because everything
was organically grown.

FEMALED HUMPBACK WHALE ENTANGLED
IN SPIDER's WEB OF CRAB TRAPS and LINES
The fifty foot whale was weighted down by hundreds
of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay
afloat. She also had hundreds of yards
of line rope wrapped around her tail,
her torso and a line tugging in her mouth.
A fisherman spotted her just east of the Farallone Islands
(outside the Golden Gate) and radioed an environmental group
for help. Within a few hours, the rescue team arrived
and determined that she was so bad off,
the only way to save her was to dive in
and untangle her - a very dangerous proposition.
One slap of the tail could kill a rescuer.
They worked for hours with curved knives
and eventually freed her.
When she was free,
the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles.
She then came back to each and every diver,
one at a time, and nudged them,
pushed them gently around -
she thanked them.
Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience
of their lives. The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth
says her eye was following him the whole time,
and he will never be the same.
May you, and all those you love,
be so blessed and fortunate - -
to be surrounded by people who will help you
get untangled from the things that are binding you.
[And so we are...] And, may you always know
the joy of giving and receiving gratitude. [And so it is...]
