Wish I could take this day back.
set my Trust levels back about
about four months
communicating on a day when
I was could have come out of an emotional tailpin
if I had trusted more in myself.
My foundation has been
feeling unsettled where I live.
It has made me feel extra needy,
wanting to ensure.
I leaned too strongly on my best friend
during the last days, wanting
when was needed was allowing
and just lettting it be.
The truth's I spoke today
to her were coming from a place
of obsessiveness, a wanting to grab
on to something, onto a precious
and delicate love that exists
moment by moment.
Forgive me, kind universe.
My Inner Lover is what I need now
and a remembering of my own strength.
Sometimes it best to go in, not out
when we need support.
