War and Anti War demontrations
I sense are part of the playing out
of the conflicts we feel inside and the
limited "gardening" tools we have developed
to work things out on a high octave.
When all comes down to it,
we still have all the seeds to plant
and all the consciousness to be raised
that comes from the courage to witness to our
own narrow places--blocked flows of self love
and courage to allow ourselves to love others
and share the love that is infinite.
Of course, being loving asks profound internal
growth and willingness to go into our abused past.
It also asks that we be open to allow others to step in
and take us into the issues of our abused past.
It all comes up when we are open to love.
There will always be the issues of defending
and feeling we need to defend.
There will always be children in adult bodies
making up the laws and hurting others with guns.
There will always be explosions of anger until
we come to terms with anger, and jealousy, and envy
as human emotions that have a purpose as well
a destructive side until we accept them, use them,
allow them, see them as part of us.
And finally, it comes back again to the garden.
Can we stand that much pleasure and joy?
Can we handle being in a consciousness that is fully
connected between Heaven and Earth?
Can we stand the flow of energy inside us that is so
exquisite it can be painful?
We are the lucky ones.
We are the blessed ones.
There are those who are pawns on the chessboard it seems.
They are constantly giving up the body for us--
that is one way to see it.
Then there are the Queens, and Kings, and other pieces
on the board--the ones who can move and make choices
rather than be pushed around.
We can rise up to be the Queens and Kings....
A King was riding down the road on his horse
and he saw an man walking along the road
his back straight and tall.
"i am the King!" said the man on the horse.
"I am a king too!" said the man walking.
"What are you the King of?" asked the man on the horse.
"I am the king of me!" said the man walking tall.
