yes, we are all God. Now we need
to treat each other as such. Love, LL

We are in this world to uplift each other.
Everything we do, can do this.
We can lift each other through honoring our own lives
each part of us. We can be authentic
with our feelings, this is honoring to ourselves.
We can find ways to be compassion with each other
when what we want to say may hurt another person that
we love, so sometimes, it is best to wait,
be patient, go inside, and see if we are really coming
from love or expressing from the limited part of us
that is in fear.
There are so many people doing good in this world.
There are so many people uplifting each other
and doing loving acts of kindness.
Twice a year, the Natural Product Industry gets together
for the Natural Product Expo. I go to NPEW--Natural Product
Expo West. It is always a reunion of souls. The Organic section
keeps growing.
Truly there is a lot of heart and soul in industry.
Last week, I had a new member join the Enchanted Garden Club
and sign the Declaration of Interdependence that I would like
to point out for his Heart and Soul.
There are months I go without a paycheck.
I live like the farmers at the Farmers' Market,
who grow food, but do not earn a dime unless you show you
at the market to purchase what they have grown for you.
It is like of working on the principle of Faith.
Of course, people need to eat, so there is a pretty good
chance that if an organic farmer shows up in the right place
and at the right time, he will likely make a sale;
and yet it is amazing how well the cow eats.
In other words, much of the produce I see grown by
farmers goes back to the compost pile uneaten because
you do not imagine it is worth your while to go out of your way
to establishing loving, Godly relationship with local farmers
so you get the best and they get to eat as a result of
growing food for you.
I have been watching and feeling the struggle of the local organic
farmers for many years. That is why Friend of the Farm is one
of the Enchanted Garden Projects.
I have an adopted farming family. I hope you have one too.
You will be surprised how much friendship there is at your Local
Farmers' Market, if you start going. If you need a bargain,
usually at the end of a market, lots of farmers would rather sell
you the remaining food at a discount then take it home to the cow
or the compost heap.
But wait--I had something else in mind when I started this blog!
I wanted to tell you about Asgede Ogbai, a sweet hearted man
from Eritriea, a country in Africa that has lots of wars and poverty.
Asgede rose above the crowd. His parents helped him get over to the US.
He was industrious. He learned a lot of languages. When the Bug House,
the shop that fixes the EG MOBILE was sold, Asgede was working their
as a mechanic. He bought the business from Don, who for ten years
I called my Car Psychiatrist.
Yes, there are heart and soul mechanics in the world.
Don was a card. He developed cancer along the way.
What else would you expect working around all those fumes
for many years? I would ask him, "How do you feel?"
He would say, "I feel with my hands!" He was a jokester.
We never really were of the same consciousness, but
there was lots of kindness and good will between us.
The Bug House is not in the best part of town. It is in an area
of town where there are a lot of drugs and people struggling
to find a way to keep ends together.
I would go down in the morning when I needed some EG Mobile Repairs.
I would get my computer set up in a little room where the 12 step
program (in Spanish) would meet, on a corner of the Bug House Property.
The sink near the toilet did not work for lots of months, but
Asgede has fixed that now.
About four months ago, I had a bill for about $1000.00 for brakes
and various parts that needed to be replaced. Asgede and his mechanics
are straight shooters.
They do not attempt to make a living off
someone's else's needs. They charge and repair what
is needed. Asgede knew I was an old customer, so he was concerned
about how much i could afford.
I could have put the whole $1000 on my credit card, but he offered
to have me pay half now and half when I had the money.
That was a sweet gesture. I took him up on it.
Then, I went into the preparation for the Feng Shui Conference.
I got real busy. i was not earning any money for three months,
just spending it on Credit Cards.
I called Asgede once, and wanted to give him my Credit Card #,
but he was busy, and he never called me back.
I left it go. I was busy too, but after the Conference, I wanted to clean it up and pay my bill.
I finally had time to go down there last week.
I wanted to pay the bill. I also wanted to get a valve adjustment,
change the oil, and do a few minor adjustments to be ready for
the Fall EG season.
I always bring gifts. This time it was some organic oranges.
Asgede was happy to see me.
He never mentioned the outstanding bill. I brought it up.
Then I did the work for today.
I had recently had a talk with another friend, who was saying
how I live just above poverty myself and ought to charge more for
what I do. It is not that I do not work many hours.
Well, that kind of irked me. A lot of the abundance I receive and give
is not with money. I bring friendship. I bring service. I get others
receive Blessing through supporting what I am about in the world.
There are usually about five inter linking Enchanted Garden Projects
I am doing at any one moment.
I wanted to demonstrate how I earn my way to myself and the person
who had was defining the way society works for the most part by
the money we get and pay.
I had in mind that Asgede would join the Enchanted Garden Club
and also sign the Declaration of Interdependence.
I had in mind that he would make a financial contribution, and also
that he would gain more by having me Blessing his business through
my networking skills that receiving money from me.
I enjoyed that interaction very much.
Asgede joined the Enchanted Garden Club.
He signed the Declaration of Interdependence.
We were not clear about how much I still owned from the last bill.
I thought it was around $460.00 or maybe $425.00.
"Oh, just look it up, Leslie! If you have paid too much we will
make up the difference!" He said.
Then, as part of the his contribution, he did all the repairs for the day
as his Enchanted Garden Contribution.
His prices on the receipt were already low...
I mean who charges $9.50 for a valve adjustment?
Liora Leah has been writing about all the greed in the world.
I imagine it all comes from a lack of love.
So many of us never received the love we needed from our parents.
They likely did not have it to give for one reason or another.
They might have been too busy working, or never been enlightened
to live consciously. Maybe they were irritated because they were
working around chemicals. Who knows?
The main point is, from an Enchanted Garden Club perspective,
World Peace already exists, except for One Piece of the Puzzle that
is missing.
IF we accept we are the missing Piece that God is waiting for,
it makes everything so much easier to deal with.
I personally go through life accepting I am the missing piece.
I do a lot of listening to my spirit. I do a lot of wanting to grow
in my narrow places. IT is not that i do not feel jealousy, envy,
anger, sadness, hurt, abandonment at times. When I feel these
things, I feel these things, and will likely wake up the next day
with some wonderful lessons and Soul Growth that now releases
the places inside where the energy was blocked.
I find that underneath all the narrow places where energy is blocked
the Soul is waiting to bring up. Love and kindness is underneath,
buries in every human heart. Everyone does what they do
wanting to get their needs met. IT is you and I that model
how this work can really work.
"Spring up, Oh Well!,and fill my soul!" an old bible hymn says.
