will take the Academy Award next year
for THE FUTURE OF FOOD
in the documentary catagory.
Deborah is the wife of Jerry Garcia,
Icon of Cultural History,
known as part of the Grateful Dead.
Jerry died on August 9. 1995
and Deborah used part of her inheritance money
from the creator of The Grateful Dead
to make The Future of Food
with "Jerry's money" as she says
on the website:
