Council to help reinvent
The Future of Foods.
Dare' style Council will
take place at the Whole Being Weekend
September 9-11.
Council will take place
after breakfast Sunday morning.

I am inspired this morning
to announce
that there will be a Dare'
kind of council at the Whole Being
Weekend on the morning after breakfast
on Sunday September 11.
The Council--Dare' style will address
the question--The Future of Foods
and the Reinvention of Community.
Every person who sits in the circle
will have a chance to address the question
through a personal
story--not a belief system--
We will pass a talking stick listen to each other.
Hopefully from all our shared stores
we will each be inspired to create
the kind of Future of Foods that would
reinvent community.
I am hoping that this Dare Council
will be the start of a monthly San Diego
Dare.
I personally want to sit with others and listen
at least once a month to the stories we have
and hear the progress we are making as
we secure the Future of Foods.
I sense that a new level of participatory democracy
is being called for now.
I sense there are new ways that we as consumers
can help each other and our world become an Enchanted
Garden once again.
Thanks for joining us in the Dare Council
at the Whole Being Weekend--on the Sunday
of the weekend.
