Heading into Surgery
Having the very large
Palm Tree "edited"
this afternoon, feels
like heading into surgery.

I spent yesterday afternoon
with Matthew clearing some
deep space in the backyard
area where the Elijah Minyan,
one of our local Jewish Renewal
communities, will be praying
come this Saturday.
It was exhilarating after
a week of work with four people
gardening, to have made some
significant progress.
Late in the afternoon,
I walked around with Suzanne,
who has a lot of nature sensitivity.
She has not gotten her fingers into the garden
yet since moving in a number of months ago.
We passed this immensely overgrown
palm tree, one that goes up about 50 feet.
I told her that today, Jesus was coming by
to do some Tree Trimming.
She said she could feel pain from that in her shoulders.
Today as I await Jesus to deep trim this very
large, and very forboding tree where the rats make their
nests, this tree cloaked in many dead palm leaves,
I am feeling the relief that the energy is being summoned
to conscious deal with this always growing,
tree that has taken over a large area.
The feelings of waiting for the Tree Trimmers
feels similar to my wait to go into surgery for
Hip Revisions a few years back.
Your Enchanted Gardener,
Leslie
