Poor Man's Heavy Metal Detox.... Pascalite" Clay & Cilantro
The doctors looked around for the cause of this. It turned out there was a new cook, who served soup before all meals. In every bowl of soup he added "Vietnamese parsley" - that is, cilantro.
All metals were removed with the cilantro, including mercury and lead! Apparently the cilantro is meant to change the polarity of the blood.

Chlorella with a Cilantro Chaser
* Taking Chlorela 1/2 hour before eating Cilantro Pesto or drinking fresh juiced Cilantro should help carry a lot of the heavy metals out of my body as the chlorella "scavenges mercury that has already been released."
(This was suggested by my Chelation Support Group)
I think Cilantro is one of the prime ingredients to consider if you are serious about naturally chelating heavy metals. I have done quite a bit of research about mercury chelation and it looks to me, from the information I have looked at, we need to help the Cilantro do its magic with additonal nutrients and vitamins to help "mop up" the heavy metals the Cilantro Chelates and drink lots of fluids to help rid the body of the metals the Cilantro draws into the bloodstream. According to Chelators that I have been following, Chlorella helps carry the heavy metals into the urine and out of the body. Chlorella should be taken 30 minutes before taking cilantro. You don't want the heavy metals settling in the cells after they go into the bloodstream. A mother in my metal detox group also said Chlorella helped her child reduce the amounts of metals in a hair test. I believe Chlorella and Cilantro might be a more effective way to chelate heavy metals than taking Cilantro alone. If my guess is right, Chlorella will give my body the boost it needs to help metals pass from the bloodstream into the urine stream.
Walnut Oil/ Flaxseed Oil(ALA's)
I am also going to be taking at least one tablespoon of walnut oil for the "alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is an essential fatty acid that will help the body chelate mercury and other metals. ALA's are omega-3 fatty acids." My Chelation support groups use ALA supplements but I want to stay as natural as possible and walnut oil should provide plenty of ALA's and make the cilantro pesto taste a little better. ALA's are natural chelators and are much easier on the kidneys than more harsh chelation approaches. I am going to use walnut oil because of hifh alpha-linolenic acids it contains and for all of the other healing properties that may benefit my overall health in many othe ways.
I am going to eat a few Walnuts and Brazill nuts after each round to help restore Selenium, Magesium, & Zinc the cilantro chelates.
Lemon Juice & Lemon Pulp
I am considering throwing in a lemon to either juice with the cilantro or put on the cilantro pesto. The pulp of the lemon is also good for chelating metal. I am trying to fin a way to add the lemon pulp to some type of food recipe. I will get back with you on this.
Pascalite clay is going to be a part of my 3 week detox plan because I have some and I would like to see if the combination will help in my heavy metal detox plan.Pascalite clay could be a great way to draw even more heavy metals out to be passed in the urine. I am going to take "1-2 teaspoons of the pascalite clay in water 3x daily for three weeks." Everything in this plan is very inexpensive but should achieve good results.
I am taking the Vitamin C to support the immune system while it is circulating heavy metals. The Vitamin C should help my body do its job of expelling toxins created by releasing heavy metals into the bloodstream through the process.
I think it is important to stay on top of the detox or there will be residual heavy metals that will find a new home somwhere else in your body if you do not flush them.
I am going to drink three glasses of filtered spring water-three times a day to help get the fluids circulating.
I often have brain fog and I am hoping this combination of clay and cilantro will help.

Another important addition to this protocol would be to spend at least 1/2 hour each day in direct sunlight.
If weather permits walking barefoot is even better. Our bodies are essentially vats of chemicals and electricity.
The Sun and Earth ground our bodies battery and will help balance our cells chemistry(potasium and sodium)after chelation. Getting our whole body to be a smoothe funtioning toxin removal machine should be our goal.
I will start on this detox soon and let you know how it goes.
Wrenn's Detox is similar and I like it. I am adding a few things that make sense to me. I have been following some Heavy Metal Chelators in a few online groups and several chealtors believe Chlorella is necessary if you are going to use Cilantro. They also like ALA's in a supplement form but I am going to use walnut oil and hope to get the same benefit from this natural form of ALA. We are all our own batch of chemicals though and what works for some may not work for others. Imagine, if you will, how many different chemicals you are exposed to, and compare that to someone from another country. If something causes a severe reaction... stop.... Common sense is also a consideration.
Selenium is also considered valuable for moving toxins out of the body. Bralizilian is one source of one the highest concentrations of selenium. I have decided that I am going to use Brailian nuts on this first 3 week round of Cilantro/Pascalite Clay Chelation to balance my bodies mineral content trhough the chelation.
Owen's Pesto Recipe looks looks like a keeper.
