Chelation:Flaxseed & Walnut Oil
Walnut Oil, Hempseed Oil, Flaxseed, and flaxseed oil are rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA),which is an essential fatty acid that will help the body chelate mercury and other metals. ALA's are omega-3 fatty acids. ALA appears to be a chelator that is less harsh on the kidneys and from my research I have found to be a great addition to a mercury/aluminum/lead chelation. I think one could get higher doses for chelation in a supplement form without causing liver damage. For less severe chelation needs, ALA's in walnut oil and flaxseed oil could be helpful for chelating in combination with cilantro and chlorella(30 minutes before taking cilantro).

R-LIPOIC ACID The naturally occurring form of lipoic acid Alpha-lipoic acid [ALA] has been called the ideal antioxidant and is a key component in the antioxidantnetwork. It has potent antioxidant actions in every cell of the body, protects membranes by boosting levels of other antioxidants (vitamin C, vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10 and glutathione) and reverses the cellular redox status (from a more oxidized to a more reduced state) which prevents inflammation, associated with all of the chronic degenerative diseases of aging. Alpha-lipoic acid has been shown to be beneficial in a number of oxidative stress models such as ischemia-reperfusion injury, diabetes, cataract formation, HIV activation, neurodegeneration, and radiation injury.

For example, alpha-lipoicacid (ALA) in a small human clinical trial appears to offer one of the most promisingtherapeutic prospects for AD [58]. In addition to its anti-oxidant capacity, its relativesafety and low cost, and its oral administration, ALA is a capable iron and copper chelator. If it proves to also chelate aluminum, AD therapy would be substantiallyadvanced.•

ALA would be a good supplement to combine with other natural chelators such as Cilantro & Chlorella.
