**URGENT: Help Child**

Please stop the mainstream abuse. The dumbed down system is forcing a SAD diet on an infant against the wishes of the parents. The child was forcibly removed from the parents and placed in an abusive situation. SPREAD THE WORD!!!

On may 20th, 2005 RAPHAEL SPINDELL is being arrested for "Aggravated Harrasment", because during a
very emotionally stressful phone call with Children's Aid Society social worker, Barbara Monroy,
the father became so upset, and became so irate at the system that
has destroyed the life of his child and the life of his family, he allegedly made
threatening remarks in the midst of an emotional nervous breakdown. The
foster care workers, Barbara Monroy, and Medical Foster Care Director of the Children's Aid Society
Maria Bergos, filed charges against Raphael Spindell. Detectives are issuing a warrant for
his arrest on May 20th and will seek to incarcerate a father,
for what? For being emotionally upset at the treatment
his son has received at the hands of an unjust system!

Please help this family find justice now so that this
innocent father does not have to sit in jail.

Our son was taken from us because he was supposedly “failure to thrive” and malnourished,

that the point where he was placed into foster care (vertical red bar), is when he had severe weight loss, and then his weight plateau, and he had no growth, IN FOSTER CARE! He has suffered serious infantile depression, maternal and parental deprivation, and “hospitalism” suffered from numerous nosocomial infections (caught in the hospital, by hospital staff not practicing effectice hygienic techniques)
