December 27, 2022 - Our Inherent Systems of Water and Blood Flow -
Dr. Stone, creator of Polarity Therapy, explains that the emotions get stuck in holding patterns of fear if our inherent systems of water and blood flow are obstructed. Obstructions are blockages of energy flow. Lack of energy flow is like having a full tank of gas but the engine does not turn on. ... All physical systems become increasingly lifeless when there is no energy.
Water runs deep. Water is the element of emotion. Water element rules all fluids, including blood flow. Trauma, upset, anger, resentment can make water freeze. Yet, the body's inherent wisdom is always within reach to remember and return to the natural state of fluidity and unity.
When we recognize what we do not want to feel, we can begin to see how we want to feel. This is a step towards elevating your emotion.
