Hi guys & gals I want to advertise for the wonders of natural honey!
I'd like to post a little advise for those who have suffered from unknown chronic illnesses,
I suffered from constant bacterial infections, liver problems, joint pains, food intolerance, mycoplasmas, viruses, and Even Tuberculosis and osteomyltis.
By far the best method to regain health for me & would recommend it to anyone. Is follow the candida diet to the best of your abilities but do not be too extreme and use what has helped me beyond any doubt , Raw Active organic honey, Honeys I can recommend that actively kill candida & bacteria's in the gut are of course Manuka honey from NZ , better to use 10+ to 20+ & jarrah honey from Australia and my favorite if you can source it is Yemeni honey, take honey daily in moderation one spoon in warm water to dilute the honey which makes it 30% more effective.
Stick to a healthy balanced candida diet with natural antifungals in your food like turmeric and cinnamon and garlic but do not overdo it, just be patient it will take some weeks to kill of the pathogens in your gut, but eventually you will win back the fight against all those nasty bugs in your intestines that have made us sick for so many years. I tried all the drugs and all the herbs and all the methods and none worked for me, I wasted like most ppl here 10,000's of $ on dr's and medicines and supplements and fancy tests for over 15 years. Do not waste your money all of these unknown illnesses stem from the intestines & honey is the cure.
I don't work for any honey company's or benefit from honey, many ppl maybe skeptical but I'm sure you haven't taken honey for long enough or active honey, in order to reap the benefits, The method of honey is very important, in order to benefit and not get too much reaction you must take honey in warm water 1 spoon diluted in 1 cup 3 times daily on empty stomach.
By far this is the easiest an cheapest method to win back your health, Like i said slow and steady wins the race, for if you draw out too many of those intracellular bugs from your intestine too fast you are going herx too much and set yourself back.
Be patient eat well & take raw organic honey you will eventually improve day by day. The intestines need time and balance to re balance but with patience and HONEY!! you will get there, please do not listen to nephropathy or "candida specialists" who sell expensive herbs and supplements and restrict your diet and blame everything on sugar, when they say Don't have Honey, Honey is natures Antibiotic & anti fungal in moderation it will cure your intestines!!
