2021 New Year's Message

After listening, I wrote the following thoughts down:
God is Love.
Each human carries the God-Spark within, therefore each human carries Divine Love within---that is how we are to interact with each other and with Gaia--Divine Spark to Divine Spark.
You don't have to like every person you meet, but you can recognize that that person carries the God-Spark within themselves as do you, and "connect" with this person through their Holy Spark.
And realize, within your own Holy Spark, that if someone is suffering for any reason--ill health, disease, poverty, lack, joblessness, homelessness, loneliness, sadness, depression, anger, rage, whatever..they are not to be judged for their situation, as God does not judge us---they are to be treated with compassion and given help, if they so desire the help.
And of course, we need to treat ourselves the same way--with self-compassion and understanding, self-love, self-forgiveness and self non-judgment. This takes a lot of inner reflection and work. It does not entail "putting on a happy face" and pretending one is "fine" when one is not. It also does not entail constant "bitching, whining, or complaining" to oneself or each other.
It does entail acknowledging to one's self that one is a feeling being, and that feelings of anger, rage, shame, guilt, sorrow, frustration, irritation, depression, sadness, fear, anxiety, worry, terror are human emotions that are neither good nor bad, they just are, without judgment of these feelings. What is required is self-exploration, self-understanding, and ultimately, self-healing.
...and a bit of "self-channeling":

ALL of it is 'IS-NESS'--there is no 'good', no 'bad', just IS-NESS.
There is no judgment--God does not judge.
We ask you, implore you, to NOT judge yourself!
Accept yourself!
Accept what you see as 'flaws'.
Accept your human-ness.
Remember the IS-NESS."
