Date: 10/13/2018 10:24:04 PM ( 6 y ) ... viewed 342 times Day 3 was ok but I did almost cheat because I could smell sausage this morning. But I had a big glass of water and a few sips of milk just for a treat....a couple of tablespoons only. Then I went to bed after my night shift. When I woke up the hunger had passed.
Tonight I am working overtime for a night shift. This is good because it will get me past that Day 3 hunger. Tomorrow I should not feel hungry at all.
I really do need to start using the bike more though. I have been lazy about it so tomorrow when I wake up after my night shift, I am going to go on the bike. Then go for a walk with the dog along the river. The leaves are all fall colors now and the mountains have snow on them at the top so its a beautiful time for a walk.
I have had some comments at work about my weight loss now, asking me how I am doing it. My goal is to get this weight off and keep it off so I can be healthy for the rest of my life.
Ok so tonight before work I weighed 310
this is a loss of 5 pounds since day 1 of the fast.
This is a total weight loss from the beginning of this blog of 32 pounds.
my goal weight is 130 pounds. I am not putting a time period on that though about how long it will take to get there. Simply, I will get there eventually.
