Day 5
Date: 6/3/2017 8:15:12 PM ( 7 y ) ... viewed 526 times Before I get into my day, I want to say that I also have acne and adhd. One would think I would grow out of these things but nope. I was actually not diagnosed with adhd until I was 30. My acne is remarkably better than it was in adolescence but it's still a problem I don't want. I also have horribly heavy menstruation with back pains so badi feel as though I'm breaking in half. I'm hoping fasting will help these problems along with my FAS (fat ass syndrome). I also quit smoking a year ago. I smoked for 20 years and want to cleanse the crap out of my lungs. Otherwise I'm fairly healthy for such a large person but I know my health needs tweaking and I fully welcome everything fasting can do for me.

It seems the weight loss resistance I experienced in the beginning is behind me. I still had problems getting to sleep last night but woke up feeling fairly well although I felt hungry. After feeding the twins I felt terribly weak and had to rest. This pretty much lasted all day. My mind also seems to be tired. It was a struggle to do basic housework. It rained all day and I was happy for the excuse not to take the kids out since I'm not sure I would have made it down the steps. There are still mild muscle aches in random areas throughout the day. I keep reading that I'm supposed to start having hella energy soon and I'm looking forward to it. I would welcome regular energy. I'm also mildly emotional. I feel like my children are missing their regular mommy. I have to keep reminding myself that this short time will give them a long time with an even better mommy. On the up side, (besides the weight loss of course) there has been no hint of a headache all day and a couple of hours ago all feelings of hunger subsided. I hope that lasts a while. I'm also feeling a little less weak and I feel I will be even better after a relaxing bath. Off to do that now before my dry fasting begins at 10!
