I am being encouraged by Adrienne Prince, my housemate and coach, to create a talk "Lessons I've Learned from the Divine Feminine."
I love this music video below, by The Flaming Lips, "Do You Realize." It was just introduced me by Tami Gosnell, on her radio show, The New Paradigm.
I believe I have written poetry over the years that will outlast this life.
This is the kind of music video I have in mind to make.
I would like dancers and some of my words set to music.
Tonight is the Beginning of the Passover....The Essence of this special time, that ends beyond next Sunday in the spirit of Resurrection. The theme of Spring Cleansing--in and out-- goes back to this holiday for me.
I wanted to share with you one of my poems that I found recently in the Cleaning Out:
AND SO MY FRIEND, REMEMBER ME
And so my Friend, I'm reaching out for your hand
with a silent compassion and awakening overwhelming me.
As I remember you in my universe,
that's one more aspect of my own self where I am free to be me.
I can no longer deny you and the gift you have brought to my life, the opportunity to know myself deeper through accepting you.
No fear, no shadow of confusion can keep this force in me
from welling out to you. I love you so deeply.
I didn't know how to let you know.
I've been frightened that somehow you couldn't understand me or accept me; yet I see more now we are the same person
in that part of us that matters.
Forgive me for sometimes forgetting.
Caress my hand. Hold me firmly.
Feel my heart that carries a timeless dignity.
Through your presence here now,
I'm going beyond my earthly conditioning.
I feel so open and so new, as if every dream I've ever wanted is within reach through our understanding.
Let's walk in peace step by step,
making this dream real for both of us through loving each other.
Remember me always. I promise to continue seeking out
and expressing the humanness in me,
and allowing myself to be vulnerable to you.
I'm willing to risk exposing all of me
in your eternally safe, enduring presence.
