How I stay away from flu

Today is April 7, 2017. The origins of Spring Cleaning in my life trace to a celebrated event in the Jewish tradition called Passover that many times is in sync with the holiday of Easter, a time of resurrection.
Next Thursday through Sunday I'll be in the desert in Joshua tree with some very special men and women seeking their indigenous Jewish roots within nature and the religion of their birth.
This year they'll be more multicultural focus and a number of those attending will likely draw attention to Easter Sunday that comes the final day of our desert gathering.
In the mystical Jewish orientation that draws me, the Passover of my childhood was a time when there was a complete cleansing of the food in the house, that went so far as to walk around with a feather and a candle presumably sweeping up scraps of what was called "Chametz," The normal puffed up bread that we conventionally eat throughout the year. During the Passover, the tradition is to eat unleavened bread, which from a health standpoint is just about as bad as the conventional bread today.
If you are not looking out for what you're putting in your mouth chances are you're eating GMO's.
More and more of us have afflictions in the gut or flu symptoms that are basically signals from the body. The body wants to cleanse. Most of us have habits we're not willing to leave behind. Viruses we take on are basically opportunities to evolutionarily shift. Some of us can shift other ways.
I paid the rent today at our cooperative household called the Enchanted Garden.
TIME FOR GATHERING AT HOME
I was really happy during the middle of the night to discover a Facebook page where people who lead sacred circles and attend them are gathering.
My own property where I live with others is yearning for a gathering at this time. Hopefully in May and June I'll carve out time for others to come and celebrate the bursting forth of nature.
We have a place for a sacred circle that hasn't been used in a number of years. Drought ending has also brought the profuse amount of flowers on trees, as well as weeds.

WHAT DO YOU TO PREVENT FLU?
I was shocked today and reminded how far off we are, so many of us from living close to nature.
At the bank there was a bowl of candy. How many of the customers know that this supports a breakdown in the immune system more than a building up of the immune system?
I went to shop at CVS. I was excited to find one of my favorite flu prevention products on the shelf, Boiron's Oscillo. At first the person at the counter didn't think they had any, but the pharmacist remembered seeing it on the shelf. I had the opportunity to educate her and the checkout person about what a fabulous remedy it is.
The pricing CVS has for Oscillo is about eight dollars less then the Windmill Farms (Healthier Foods) price near my house and a buck or so less then at Whole Foods Market. Ocean Beach People's Organic Food Market, my Coop, does not carry Oscillo because it has a faint emanation of an ingredient that comes from the animal realm.
My spirit was feeling a bit down today and I'm glad to find something meaningful to write about.
UP AND AT 'EM!
I have some important completions to do between now and my departure next Thursday to the desert. I'd also like to clear out some things physically.
The word "Passover" is a reference to the afflictions that came upon the slaveholders of the Hebrew people.
The Angel of Death Was foretold to be coming through the place where the Hebrews were living, but would Passover The homes of the righteous who were told to mark their door posts so the Angel of Death would pass by.
My mentor, Dr. Bernard Jensen, would refer to Many of the things we ingest as "Dead" food.
May The Angel of Death "Passover" you. May you learn your lessons and find time here on earth to keep growing.
May you come into a time of resurrection in the next 10 days, find weeds to pull out of your own life, and opportunities to love and be of service.
It's Spring.
Everything in nature is now showing us that.
